Your departures have their own DiveDay page, and a Book Now button or the calendar pastes onto the site you already have.
Divers choose their seats
They choose how many divers, rental gear and nitrox, then pay in full or leave a deposit. A party organizer receives a claim link for each person they named.
The booking lands on the departure
A confirmation goes to the diver, with the waiver link in its own email when the trip needs one. The seat appears on the departure’s Divers tab with whatever is still missing.
